Hi YB Fong,

Congratulations on your recent victory.

My family, and perhaps others have been facing the same problem for the past few years, and we hope that you can assist/ help in this matter.

We go to church every Sunday morning, and we normally park at this parking space in Jalan Imbi - the one that's beside the Honda Showroom. At night, these lots are converted to open air hawker eateries. (Hope you know the exact location).

Everytime we park there on Sunday morning, we were 'forced' to pay RM1.00 to some unknown crooks who loiter around the area. We tried paying them less (not that we're stingy), but because we don't see the need to pay them at all, as they do not own the lots. Everytime we pay them RM0.50, they will demand for more. And we suspect these are drug addicts, and in a way, we're financing their habits.

If we don't pay, we fear that they will scratch our cars.

Please help. Thank you.
