（吉隆坡）富都巴士總站德士業者不滿市政局於該總站主要入口處圍上欄杆，除了限制他們載放乘客之外，乘客也被迫爬越欄杆或繞一大圈才能乘搭德士，非常不便。
此外，當局規定新的德士停車區也非常有限，百多輛德士被迫搶用區區4個停車位來候客，而令司機最感到不滿的是，若在特定時間內載不到乘客，德士司機還要自付每小時2令吉50仙的“泊車費”。
武吉免登國會議員方貴倫週三（5月27日）接到許多德士業者的投訴，表示不滿市政局週一在此處圍上欄杆，禁止德士業者在此處載放乘客，並對新置的載放客區大表不滿。
方貴倫：被迫越欄繞大圈對長者障友不友善
方貴倫週四（5月28日）早上與數名司機代表在新聞發佈會上指出，自此處被圍上欄杆後，乘客被逼爬上爬下才到新的德士載放區，或繞大圈到別的出口才能搭到德士。一些乘客甚至為了方便而不顧危險爬過欄杆進出總站。
“這裡都是長途巴士的乘客，乘客提著大包小包的行李袋後，還要再走上一大段路才能搭德士，非常吃力。這完全不為長者、殘障人士或遊客設想，是相當不友善的態度。”
新載放區僅4停車位
他說，新的載放區被遷到停車場內，當局只提供區區4個停車位讓4輛德士在那裡候客。倘若超過15分鐘沒有離開這輛停車場，德士司機必須繳付每小時2令吉50仙，無形加重德士業者的負擔。
他希望市政局儘快開放該入口處，方便乘客尤其殘障人士在此處乘搭德士。他也表示將致函予陸路交通局反映此事。
建議設手扶電梯
方貴倫建議當局可以在總站內建設手扶電梯，或把此處通往入口處的天橋轉為手扶電梯式，以方便乘客。
德士代表希望市局增加德士載放區停車位
德士代表哈丹希望市政局可以增加德士載放區的停車位子，因為對富都百餘輛德士來說，區區4個格子是非常不足夠。
他也表示等候乘客的時間不固定，征收“泊車費”對德士業者很不公平。
他建議，當局若要確保行人的安全可以在此處建設檢速黃線。

I have something to comment but not about the Puduraya.
It is about the numerous "jaga keretas " in Bukit Bintang.
now i do know as to why and what reason the authorities fails to effectively wipes them off the streets.
I have seen the authorities collecting protection fees from the jaga keretas.
And i do know it will be a waste of my time and effort to report this to the same authorities whom are suppose to do their job .
Sad , but it is the true. i am sure a lot of Bukit Bintang and KL folks saw or heard such cases.
I saw it and i can confirm that the polis are collecting "fees" from jaga keretas.
When can we get the chance to change the government and Malaysians to be united and say enough is enough and it is time for a change.
9am and Petaling Street looks unusually deserted.Most stalls did not open in the morning.
This is due to the authorities chasing out foreign workers.
How will this affect the petty traders and to what extend .
The medias are typically very quiet on this other than the usual reports of arresting foreign workers in Petaling Street.
It is good to chase out illegal foreign workers but how about the legal foreign workers?Tourist dont find them to be an "interesting" sight.
I noted the "fenced up " PuduRaya.
And as well as the failed Plaza rakyat project which is now an eyesore in the city.
dbkl still have no solutions in the near future for it.
And Puduraya is still in dirty condition.
Time to push for local election for the post of city mayot.
