（吉隆坡）十五碑Palm Court公寓居民投訴，蘇丹阿都沙末路（Jalan Sultan Abdul Samad）改為單行道後，繁忙的道路狀況、污染的空氣及噪音讓居民再也無法忍耐了！
居民表示，改道後當地的交通川流不息，造成居民或盲人要過馬路時“寸步難行”，在驚險的情況下才能順利過馬路。
巴士車輛必經路段
有者還表示，敦辛班丹路改道後，所有從市區的車輛都涌進蘇丹阿都沙末路，原本寧靜的道路頓時變成巴士車輛必經的路段。
此外，附近有14間學校，學生上下學時，都在路邊等候車，繁忙的道路狀況，學生安全與健康已受到威脅。
早前，此工程在8月3日已開始改為單行道，不過，居民卻聽到謠言說，這工程完成後，此路段會一直維持單行道。
武吉免登區國會議員方貴倫週六（8月21日）向公寓居民瞭解情況時表示，繁忙的路段對居民造成了很大的影響。
“我會向市政局瞭解，並建議一些有效的方法，以減少此區的交通。”
空氣污染影響健康
此外，至於噪音與污染的空氣會影響學生的健康，他建議市政局為每間課室安裝冷氣，以免讓學生呼吸骯臟空氣上課，影響學生的健康。
針對早前建議設立路埂在敦辛班丹4路的工程，方貴倫說工程將在近日完成，他也會確保工程早日完成。
他說，到目前為止，他還沒看見工程的藍圖，不過會儘快跟進工程的最新狀況。
同時，他希望市政局能儘快把此區的交通燈指示聲響調大聲，讓失明人士能安全過馬路。
黃鳳娥，居民：我現在很怕過馬路
“我現在很怕過馬路，因為車和巴士很多。就算人行道的交通燈轉綠了，有些駕駛者都不停。家裡的灰塵也變多了，一天都要打掃3次。希望這工程可以快點完成，之前聽說會永久變單行道，我真的很擔心。”
林秀珍（58歲），居民：飽受廢氣噪音折磨
“太多的車輛經過，造成大量的汽車廢氣和噪音。晚上都一直睡不好，家人的精神也受影響，因為車輛的吵雜聲24小時都出現。有時候，重型車輛經過，我家的玻璃還會震一下。住在這裡20多年，現在想到出門都頭痛，因為過馬路很辛苦，連之前只需5分鐘的路程，現在需要20分鐘。”

议员买了名车不敢驾出门
有时候觉得行动党把华裔当提款机。新婚不久的沙登国会议员张念群，是党内著名的铁公鸡。听闻有一个民联议员，买了一辆名车，不敢驾出门，宁可换一辆普通轿车代步，不知道是不是她，只知道张议员对金钱的运用有一套。
