This is why the position of the datukbandar / mayor must be elected instead of appointed.
maybe now that he is a "datuk " and starts to act very important and shows his arrogant.
This is another reason as to why civil servants must NOT be given any honorary titles such as "datuk" or the "tan sri" title.
As they are paid to do the job.
If the mayor dont have the time to sit down and discuss issues regarding the KL city , maybe he should balik to his kampong.
I do hope that the datukbandar read this comment.
Just because of the datukbandar , he wasted the precious time and effort of our elected MPs and various people.
But, we can forgive him if he was hospitalized on that day.
Yes, my comment is intimidating and "pedas".But somebody have to say something .
The next GE might be a year or 2 years away.
But it is the best time for PKR/DAP and PAS to discuss what will PR do if they are the federal govt.
Some suggestion-
1 . Set up IPCMC
2 . Local elections ( as najib will not do it )
3 . Revamp the education system and syllabus.
4 . Kick out the ISA
5 . Look a better ways to efficiently repatriate foreigners
6 .Refugees to have their basic rights as according to UN chartered.
7 . civil servant's bonuses to be merit base.
8 . Trim down our 1 million civil servant
9 . review the national service or scrap it.
10 . review the BTN or scrap it
So far, the voters know that the PR is anti ISA and anti corruption.
PR must do more than that.
For KL , maybe FT MPs can discuss ways to scrap or lower the IndahWater rates , free 10 ringgit worth of water or electricity for residents. And ways to cut various road tolls in side the city.
Ways to curb jaga kereta and beggars of the streets.
PR will have to do all those things and be ready to take over putrajaya and parliament.
Bintang Walk Update
The polis are no longer there.
2 months ago there are polis at every corner and at every 15 minutes there will be some polis on motorcycles doing their patrols 24 hours.
Nobody dares to sit or hang around the arab garden.
As the polis will record down their identities.
That is good.
Now the situation is different.
Young punks are singing @ 2-4AM ( screaming actually) at the arab garden and riding their motorcycles onto the garden.
Valet or car jockeys from The Sh*t pub parks cars onto the garden.
Pimps and foreign beggars are doing their usual business near the KFC.
Pondans roams the street and according to my surveillance , the polis stopped arresting them.
The only good news now is that the garden is lighted up ( finally ).
Appreciate the proposal forwarded by PR regarding the Third Vote.
Now the public have a clearer picture that it was the bn / umno whom rejected the Third Vote.
BB have thousands of residents.
Tuan Fong, to ask Health Minister....will they set up 1Malaysia Clinic in BB .
As the price for Panadol is above 1 Ringgit . 1Malaysia clinic will be more affordable.

Many Chinese call-girls (PROSTITUTES) around PUDU area (Jalan Gelang) and in the lane below the Pudu flyover (near Wenworth Hotel, opposite the Foochow fishball noodles shop). Why are there still so many callgirls despite the raids? Causing social rot and problems for many famillies.
Also, Pudu area (near Pudu Plaza & Shaw Parade) is INFESTED with jaga kereta boys. I know that there is a DAP office right opposite Pudu Plaza, but the jaga kereta boys are MULTIPLYING.
This area is also scattered with potholes, double + indiscriminate parking, filth and rats. Nothing's been changed for so many years!
Sleeping on the job, Mr. Fong???
This is not the 1st time I'm writing in, yet no feedback what a total disappointment!
Please learn fr Janice Lee, I received very prompt reply for my queries.
MEOW KITTY
As a resident of BB i am a keen observer of happenings around this area.
"Many Chinese call-girls (PROSTITUTES) around PUDU area (Jalan Gelang)"
There are daily "raids" conducted by the Dang Wangi polis and sometimes by the Imigresen.
But do you know that the Dang Wangi demands RM1800 per girl caught?
" INFESTED with jaga kereta boys. I know that there is a DAP office right opposite Pudu Plaza, but the jaga kereta boys are MULTIPLYING.

-BintangWalk/Sultan ismail/Beremi/Berangan / Alor faces the same issue.
From pondans/pimps/drug addicts/jaga kereta/snatch thieves/beggars/piles of rubbish/rats and roaches.
I know that the Polis Kontigen KL is less than 500 meters away.
And the dbkl fellas are in front of the KFC.
"Sleeping on the job, Mr. Fong?"
-I say that the MACC , polis ,dbkl and social welfare ministry are sleeping on their job.
Fong's job is to bring issues to the higher level during his meetings with the dbkl, polis , macc and others.
But if those government people and authorities concerned are NOT doing their job or Rasuah.
Will it be fair to blame Fong and DAP?
They are under najib lah.
Kutuk najib lah
Dear Meow Kitty,
The prostitutes was at everywhere in Bukit Bintang areas, however we already write-in many times to police and police claimed that they are doing the job, however this problem still cannot be solved.
And for your information, Jalan Gelang is falls under Cheras Constituency.
The illegal jaga kereta is always the main issue of the newspaper, however when we contact the police and DBKL, they both are pushing the responsibility to each other and actually we was blaming the DBKL for many times on news.
Pothholes, double parking and rats problems, the pothholes we always contact the JKA however they did not act effective, double parking problems and rubbish problems we also informed DBKL many times but they dont care, and somemore we requested to send toll-car to patrol here. We also will organize the gotong-royong with First Assembly God Church last 2 years and this year gotong royong will be at 8th May, hope that we can educate the residents here especially the foreign workers to not to throw the rubbish everywhere.
Before you blaming us as sleeping job, please have a look on newspaper and, actually all your complaints was the local authorities works.
This is the first time i receive your complaints, however, if you have any complaints please feel free to call us 03-21412762 for prompt reply, thanks.
Best Regards,
Lee Bing Hong
